Day 23

After eating breakfast at the Sweet Tooth Café we start our drive to Fort Nelson, British Columbia and the first leg of our trip home. We saw a lot of wildlife on the drive, buffalo, deer, caribou, bear, and also some first time sightings of beavers, mountain goats and a large grey wolf. The views are still fantastic and amaze us at every turn. We had dinner at the Northwest Lodge on Muncho Lake and enjoyed some great German food. The lodge is beautiful and is located in one of the most scenic spots on the Alaskan Highway. After 11 hours on the road we get into our rooms at the Woodland Inn in Fort Nelson. Tomorrow is another 600 mile day to Edmonton and more of the Alaskan Highway.

The Sweet Tooth Cafe sounds like somewhere right up Trey and Ambry's alley! :)
They loved all the photos of the animals and we all hope you took one of the wolf! That would be really cool to see!
Did y'all drink from steins at the German restaurant?
:)
LOVE YOU!
