Day 24

We got an early start this morning for the 660 mile drive to Edmonton, Alberta Canada in hopes of getting in our rooms early. We have now done the Alaskan Highway both ways, and every mile still amazes us at the beauty. The road is rough in some spots and the suburban shows each bump and is covered in ALCAN mud. Our Alaskan adventure is winding down, but what an adventure so far. This has truly been the trip of a lifetime. We stopped for pizza at Montana Pizza in Edmonton and enjoyed the meal and laughter that can only come after a 600+ mile drive. We arrived at the River Cree Marriott around 9:00 and decide to change plans for the next night to put us closer to Billings Montana in order to pick up my Suburban, a last. So we will travel to Great Falls Montana, via Glacier National Park. More to come as we make our way back home, with a few more special stops.
Total Miles To Date: 9358
Marriott River Cree - A+
Montana Pizza - A
